Job Description
“We are seeking a System Engineer/Admin with strong expertise in WebLogic administration, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) including some SAML. This role focuses on maintaining secure and highly available systems within a financial domain, requiring experience in server migrations, containerization, and robust application security practices.
Responsibilities:
WebLogic Administration: Configure, maintain, and secure WebLogic environments, including domain communication and automated deployments.
Virtualization & Containerization: Manage physical to virtual server migrations and work with Kubernetes/container technologies.
System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide 24/7 production support as needed.
Scripting & Automation: Automate tasks using scripting languages.
Must Have:
10+ years of relevant experience in system administration and engineering.
Strong WebLogic administration/Migration and some security experience.
Proficient with IAM/SAML configurations.
Knowledge of physical to virtual server migrations.
Understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
Experience in a financial domain.
Ability to participate in 24/7 on call support.”
