Job Description

“Required Skills:

• Technically experienced IT professional with good experience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (Both internal and Vendors)
• Broad experience of technical problem solving and consulting
• Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement.
• Technical experience in Tulip Software, Business Analysis. Experience required:
• Experience in supporting Tulip software globally.
• Good experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Should be able to build packages used for deployment.
• Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Tulip app Design and development‚·
• Responsible for Design and documenting of Tulip App Work with the different teams on interfaces‚·
• Assist or drive status meeting s to communicate and address project risks or issues‚·
• Works collaboratively with project teams to keep them informed of project status, including any barriers‚·
• Application Configuration:1. Ensure Change control for new features being developed
• Requirements Analysis: User Requirement Documentation
• Development: Code development, Configuration
• Testing: Test case preparation & execution
• Deployment: Deployment of the tested code into
• Production Environment‚· Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
• Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products. Oversee the provisioning / deployment of solutions.
• Provide technical consultation as needed throughout project deployment.”
