Job Description

” Bachelor’s degree in IT, Security, or related field.
• Good experience with CyberArk or privileged access management solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk solutions, including Vaulting, PSM, and AIM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in PAM and CyberArk systems.
• Experience with access management, security protocols, and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
• Technical Support: Provide first- and second-line support for CyberArk issues, troubleshooting system performance, and access-related problems.
• System Monitoring: Monitor CyberArk environments for performance and security issues, ensuring high availability and system integrity.
• Incident Management: Respond to incidents and requests, escalating, when necessary, to ensure swift resolution.
• Configuration & Maintenance: Assist with configuration changes, updates, and patches to ensure systems remain secure and efficient.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
