Job Description

“Build, configure, and secure on-premise and cloud services using automation and orchestration (Active Directory, Exchange Server/Exchange Online, Citrix XenDesktop, vSphere, vROps/Logic Monitor, Managed File Transfer, and System Center)
Act as a subject matter expert in Azure cloud, particularly in Azure Networking, Container Services, Identity Management, and Azure Services (APIM, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, DDOS, WAF)
Participate in Infrastructure as Code initiatives and collaborate in designing, building, and automating infrastructure fabric
Develop lifecycle roadmaps and executable plans for all infrastructure products managed by the IT Infrastructure team
Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, training, and executive briefings for projects
Design, implement, and manage virtualized environments using VMWare technologies
Provide operational support and maintenance for the server operating systems in all data center locations
Manage and maintain incident management queues for the team and troubleshoot problem tickets and issues to completion
Provide metrics and compliance reports for server systems and infrastructure (availability, backup, patch compliance, etc.)
Adhere to compliance controls as assigned (Internal Security Audits)
Work with managed service providers and provide oversight for service level agreement adherence
Assist with technical issues, project management, design, analysis, and implementation of computing solutions as needed
Participate in the 24×7 on-call rotation
Perform other duties and projects as assigned”
