Job Description
“Role Description:
• Support app teams to migrate Nexus to Artifactory
• Troubleshoot and resolve any DevOps related issues
• Implement any automation or configuration needed to ensure successful integration
Required Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience
• Hands on Experience of CICD pipeline
• Creating and Debugging CI CD pipeline stages
• Writing various stages
• Working with various code bases
• Complete Understanding Maven – Concept of POM, SuperPOM
• Write POM from scratch.
• Write Settings from scratch
• Understand and execute builds for project types NPM
• Understand and execute builds for project types PyPi about npm commands• .NET – dotnet and MS build, GitHub Actions – Their workflow details and execution, runners
• Hands on Experience of tools such as: Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, SonarQube, NexusIQ Jenkins Build, Multibranch Pipelines, Maven Pipelines
• Debugging Jenkins Failures
• Configurat ion of SonarQube
• Their purpose and configuration
• Experience on CD tools like Terraform, UCD
• Configuration and deployment tools like Ansible
Desired Skill Set
• Writing Declarative pipelines using Groovy
• Working with Architects and Developers
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Agile Tools like JIRA, ServiceNow
• Scripting Experience – Groovy, Shell, Python”
