Job Description
“Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
IAM Onboarding & Governance: Perform tasks and projects related to Identity & Access governance functions, including IAM onboarding, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
Integration Support: Assist application and engineering teams in selecting integration patterns according to the connector decision tree.
Access Control Matrix: Collaborate with application owner teams to revise and produce access control matrices.
User Management Analysis: Analyze data related to user management, define correlation rules with application and engineering teams, and establish deprovisioning policies for both manual and automated processes.
Entitlement Management: Analyze data related to entitlement management and define manual or automated revocation processes.
Application Onboarding: Analyze data and technical details to efficiently onboard applications.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek improvements to maximize automation and reduce manual efforts in all processes and procedures, while considering and evaluating the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture.
Relationship Building: Excel in building relationships (internal/external GIAM) and work with various teams to assist in the completion of all certifications across the enterprise.
Accountability: Demonstrate personal accountability for assigned projects, initiatives, and daily processes. Follow onboarding activities in an end-to-end perspective.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
3+ years of hands-on working experience with IAM.
2+ years of hands-on working experience with SailPoint Identity IQ.
3+ years of hands-on working experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (i.e.: MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
Strong analytical skills, specifically data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competent to work on complex projects independently.
Good working knowledge of information security policies and standards.
Strong customer communication skills.
You will be providing after-hours availability for any urgent issues / incidents / escalations on occasion as required.
Nice to Haves:
2+ years of hands-on working experience with IAM systems, such as CyberArk or Entra ID.
Technical designation is considered an asset (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP.
Working knowledge of various Cloud platforms.
