“Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.
Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.
Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.
Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling (Managing budgets, costs, P/L, etc)
A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Achievement, Onboarding / Offboarding, etc)
Minimum 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client facing capacity
Bonus Points If You Have:
Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization.
Proficiency in Business Design
Previous Solution Architecture experience
Proficient with MS Office
Professional Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent written communication skills”
