Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of complex IT systems supporting service introduction and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architectures, and align solutions with business objectives.
Oversee projects focused on performance measurement, reporting, and service quality improvement.
Drive investigations into business flow anomalies across provisioning, dispatch, and network systems, identifying root causes and recommending enhancements.
Contribute to Agile planning cycles, including quarterly PI (Program Increment) planning sessions.
Ensure systems are built and maintained according to secure software development practices.
Support and guide a team of Application Architects, Business Analysts, and Support Engineers to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Provide strategic architectural input to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems integration, or a related technical field.
Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise IT solutions.
Strong background in performance management, data analytics, and reporting platforms.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participating in PI planning.
Excellent understanding of secure software development life cycles (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root-cause analysis of system anomalies.
Knowledge of provisioning, dispatch, and network operational systems is an asset.
Working Conditions:

Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
