“About the role
We are looking for a Senior Security Advisor in IAM to join our growing team! As part of a major upgrade program for our security practices, particularly in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM), our team is seeking a Security Advisor to contribute to the execution of our roadmap, which includes numerous large-scale, high-profile cross-functional projects.
What you’ll do here:
Lead/participate in business needs specification workshops to specify IT and IAM security solutions
Analyze business needs to define IT solutions in conjunction with our IdentityIQ system
Take the lead on major IAM initiatives, from ideation to delivery
Conduct impact analyses and effort estimates to recommend, obtain approval, and then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team
Support solution development and technical analyses
Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing
Support the Product Owner in defining and prioritizing backlogs
Document user stories so they are understood by designers and the quality assurance team
Identify and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in business units using a train-the-trainer approach
Build and maintain functional, robust, accurate, and accessible documentation for all company stakeholders
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in IAM/IAM
Demonstrated experience with IAM/IAM tools such as Sailpoint IIQ/ISC or Savyint
Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders, beyond security teams, in IAM project delivery
Knowledge of high-privilege account (PAM) and authentication concepts is an asset
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
