Job Description
“Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 300+ digital ads sellers, sales leaders and cross-functional teams. Ensure that the operations and cross functional teams are aligned on priorities
Accountable for meeting client sales revenue targets and program OKRs
Coach and develop sales leaders
Collaborate and provide directional guidance to internal functions such as recruitment, HR, Finance, Risk and Compliance, etc and ensure that these functions are positively contributing to overall operations and our people
Client relationship management – be a trusted partner to the client by driving their business goals, strong operational rigor and communicating program wins and challenges.
Create, operationalize and scale processes
Manage program financials
Drive and effective operations governance that maximizes seller productivity, positive client experience and positive employee experience
Employee retention and engagement
Be a thought-leader – leverage the Accenture network, collaborate with peers globally, leverage past industry experience to deliver value to our clients and people
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in service delivery
Minimum 10 years of experience managing sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience standing up new inside sales accounts
Large scale digital ad sales delivery experience
Client engagement experience
Global experience
