Job Description

“The Work:

Provide production support for retirement industry applications based on web and services technologies

Individual contributor role to diagnose, triage and aid in troubleshooting for web-based retirement plan sponsor administrative tools and their interactions with an external user community and the respective backend retirement systems

Work with other production support individuals in peer organizations to manage and respond to issues in infrastructure, connectivity, identity management, content and data intake and/or delivery

Resolve user performance or usage complaints for functions in digital tools and interfaces for critical external client and internal business uses

Here’s what you need:

Minimum 10 years of experience in retirement industry technology

Minimum 10 years of experience with web and services based applications

Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems and technologies

Minimum 3 years of experience performing production support responsibilities

Prior experience supporting the Financial Services Industry or related fields

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points if:

You have retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc.

You have experience working with business operations and client-facing applications

You have experience with solutions for retirement plan sponsors
