Job Description
“What You’ll Do
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for various construction and renovation projects, including third-party service providers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with tracking purchase orders, project invoices, and capital spend to ensure adherence to budgets and compliance standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation, audit records, and shared project files for the Property Management team.
Support the preparation of training materials and reports related to property management operations and project progress.
Help with emergency response coordination and other special assignments to support operations.
Draft and manage shortform and CCDC contracts to support project execution.
What You’ll Bring
Experience : Minimum 2 years in a coordination, project support, or administrative role — ideally related to construction, real estate, or facilities management.
Education : College diploma or 5 years of equivalent experience.
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with purchase order systems and capital project tracking tools.
Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication : Clear and professional communicator, comfortable engaging with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
Asset Skills : Bilingualism in English/French, prior experience in the senior living or housing sector, knowledge of construction/maintenance processes.
