Job Description
“Skills and Responsibilities:
•Good years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
•Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and driving project delivery in an agile environment (Scrum, Safe).
•Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured product documentation.
•Superior time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant collaboration tools
•Employ effective validation techniques (documentation reviews, product demos) to ensure solution alignment with requirements.
•Manage and prioritize product backlog through iterative refinement sessions.
•Facilitate collaborative decision-making, navigating competing priorities and trade-offs.
•Provide ongoing support and clarification to development and testing teams.
•Assist with business testing activities (optional).
•Establish and continuously improve robust Business An alysis and Requirements Management processes.
•Integrate Agile delivery principles seamlessly within the team’s workflow.
•Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem, considering business objectives, needs, and plans. Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies impacting delivery timelines.
•Conduct engaging customer show-and-tell sessions to showcase completed functionalities.”
