Job Description
“Developing and Executing Growth Strategies: Define and implement growth strategies that position Rovo as a must-have tool for every Atlassian customer, focusing on 0 to 1 product development and AI-driven experiences.
Leading Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and feature teams across Rovo and other market teams to create features that integrate seamlessly into users’ workflows, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data analysis skills to understand metrics and inform product strategy, ensuring Rovo’s offerings are competitive and compelling.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Atlassian products to leverage growth opportunities and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders within the organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in driving growth and developing 0 to 1 products.
Strong background in AI technologies and building AI-driven experiences.
Excellent data analysis skills and a deep understanding of metrics.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and drive strategy across the organization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
