Job Description

“Key Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements and design test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Execute tests and report defects to ensure the quality of financial services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution.

Provide expert guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.

Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to optimize quality assurance

Also will have to support few development and project management tasks

This role is hybrid and requires being onsite 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking/ Payments and testing.
Minimum 3 Years of experience in FS
Development experience
HS Diploma/ GED
Preferred Qualifications:

Development experience
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK
Estimation and Planning
Risk Management
Scope Management
Associate or Bachelor Degree”
