Provides technology-based customer service support and conducts first level analysis to resolve end user incidents / issues working with technology groups, to resolve within established timeframes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst II to manage workspace assets throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial receipt at TD to final disposal. This on-site role involves coordinating with multiple teams, including the warehouse, order desk, procurement, and other lines of businesses to ensure accurate asset tracking and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workspace assets from receipt to final disposal, ensuring accurate tracking throughout their lifecycle.
Use ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB to update and maintain asset records, going beyond basic ticketing to fully manage hardware data.
Collaborate closely with partner teams to understand asset-related asks and ensure smooth operations.
Work from shared mailboxes to process asset updates, coordinate project requests, and resolve discrepancies in asset records.
Prepare and interpret complex data, including generating reports as needed, with the potential to leverage Power BI for deeper insights in the future.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Checking shared mailboxes for open inquiries and requests.
Updating assets based on inbound and outbound reports.
Reviewing and updating asset records based on exception reports.
Processing ServiceNow tickets for hardware updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role involving IT asset management and lifecycle tracking.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB, with a focus on hardware asset data management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
Willingness to support partner teams as needed.
Ability to effectively manage communications from shared mailboxes.
Power BI experience is preferred but not required.
ITIL certification is a bonus but not required.
