Job Description

“Provide IT support to company users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for IT system upgrades.
Support the testing, implementation, and deployment of new IT systems.
Develop and maintain process and training documentation for system upgrades.
Maintain and track company IT assets (hardware, software licenses, etc.).
Assist with Zoho CRM administration (experience with Zoho is an asset)”
