Job Description

Collaborate with a global team of engineers and scientists on the development of innovative fuel cell and electrolyzer technologies.
Conduct component engineering activities incl. R&D, requirements management, and design & release of MEA components.
Contribute to subscale testing/benchmarking and data analysis of MEA materials to better understand their properties.
Develop MEA assembly processes and tooling/fixtures for use in our prototyping lab.
Work closely with internal testing and modeling teams to validate component performance and identify degradation mechanisms.
Study and validate advanced MEA materials for use in future fuel cell and electrolyzer designs.
