“THE WORK:
You’ll oversee the development, setup, verification, and implementation of the Commercial and Contract Management function for Industry X, Infrastructure
You’ll be the subject matter expert providing ongoing support to business leadership on commercial, contracts, compliance, and risk management matters across the full contract lifecycle
You’ll work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities; account strategy, objectives, and opportunities
You’ll support the review, development, negotiation, and execution of a full range of commercial agreements in a professional services context, including NDAs, teaming agreements, subconsultant agreements, and engagement terms and conditions
You’ll provide, or coordinate specialist legal, insurance, risk, operations, and compliance support for pursuits and ongoing engagements
You will be accountable for the identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties
You will drive deal formation and execution as part of interdisciplinary teams
Manage client compliance requirements during RFP and contracting processes including corporate entity, tax requirements and compliance documents.
Support Business Intermediary vetting process for client and government-facing third parties for anticorruption compliance purpose
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience commercial and contracts management in a professional services and/or advisory context, or other comparable experience that includes experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a broad range of complex commercial agreements
Significant understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Master’s in Business Administration or a Juris Doctorate
Proven track record of success with progressively higher levels of responsibility
Established experience in establishing and/or leading Commercial and Contracts teams in a professional services context
Strong understanding of commercial, legal, insurance,
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client goals
Ability to effectively work as part of interdisciplinary working groups (pursuits, technical, legal, insurance, risk, compliance) in a work winning context
Leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives
