Job Description

“We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide technical support, assist with our migration to Microsoft Intune, and perform Windows reinstallation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.

Assist with the migration and deployment of devices to Microsoft Intune.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Reinstall Windows OS and configure devices to company standards.

Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.

Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices and improve system performance.

Educate users on IT policies, security guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience with Microsoft Intune migration and deployment is a plus.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and networking concepts.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

A+ Certification or equivalent is a plus.”
