Job Description

“Provide technical support for enterprise users of AI coding assistants.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
Assist in configuring and optimizing AI tools to meet enterprise requirements.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate engineers on AI tool usage.
Monitor AI coding assistant performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for AI tool usage.
Lead the exploration and evaluation of AI coding assistant technologies.
Experiment with new features to enhance developer productivity.
Integrate AI coding assistants into development workflows with cross-functional teams.
Manage the release and adoption of AI coding assistant capabilities for engineers.
Conduct assessments and comparative evaluations of AI tools to determine the best solutions.
Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements to drive innovation.
Develop and support data load jobs for coding assistant telemetry data in internal data warehouses.
Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for system reliability.”
