“Position Summary:

The Director, Workforce Management will be responsible for optimizing workforce strategies to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and financial performance across Lifemark Health Group’s operations. This role involves leading workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals. The Director will collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to implement best practices that improve productivity while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the right staffing levels to meet patient demand while optimizing costs.
Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Oversee the implementation of efficient scheduling systems to balance workforce availability, clinic needs, and financial constraints.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize workforce analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess labor utilization, forecast staffing needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Standardization: Establish and enforce operational best practices, tools, and policies for workforce management across clinics and facilities.
Technology & Automation: Identify and implement workforce management technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with regional and clinic leaders to align workforce strategies with operational needs, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all workforce management practices comply with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
Performance Management & Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to reduce labor costs while maintaining or improving service levels and patient satisfaction.
Change Management: Lead initiatives related to workforce restructuring, process improvements, and operational enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource optimization in a multi-site environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce analytics and performance metrics.
Proficiency in workforce management software and scheduling tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
