Job Description
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and web chats from potential customers.
- Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product or service information.
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing quotes or pricing information.
- Closing sales and onboarding new clients.
- Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM system.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
- Continuously learning about products and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Team Collaboration
- Work with designers, developers, writers, and marketers.
- Collaborate with other client service teams on co-managed clients: SEO, web services, social media, CRO & email marketing.
- Delegate & manage tasks in our project management portal.
Client Relations
- Communicate to prospective clients via email, call, and video conferencing
- Lead meetings such as Sales strategy and implementation calls
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A critical thinker that shares our passion for all things digital. Has a desire to help others, a great eye for detail, an eagerness to learn, and can persuasively communicate ideas.
- Configured conversion tracking & attribution with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- 1+ years’ experience working in an agency, or similar client-facing environment
- 1+ years’ experience working as an account manager or related sales role
