Job Description

TDS Surveillance & Supervision Delivery Team manages regulatory and compliance initiatives such as Communications Surveillance, Trade Surveillance, Records Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Case Management and Personal Trade Surveillance and Employee Core Compliance initiatives.

As Delivery Manager, you will build relationships, and provide leadership and direction, in partnership with business and executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing key end-to-end deliverables in alignment with business strategies and/or regulatory needs by leveraging proven delivery methodologies.

Requirements

Manages projects with moderate to high regulatory oversight

Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects with a Project Risk Class (PRC) of B-D with a financial Tier 2-4

Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations and deliverables to meet project’s objectives.

Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project deliverables are met

Ensure projects are delivered based on agreed scope, agreed timeline and approved budget

Considered as a subject matter expert on practices, procedures and principles of project management

Coordinates with the respective enterprise control partners (e.g., EPDE, Strategic Sourcing Group, Legal, TRMIS, OCDO. etc.) to appropriately select, engage and manage external service providers as required

Leads a large diverse business team to effectively deliver scope and quality in an initiative

Manage initiatives through to completion including Planning, Execution, Control and Closure

Part of a team working primarily on global change projects in the financial industry.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

5-7 years experience in a change delivery role as a Project Manager / Scrum Master.

Outstanding record of project delivery success, preferably in Capital Markets and Regulatory related initiatives

Experience and strong subject matter expertise in Capital Markets and Large Regulatory Change/AML/Sanctions ideally with experience managing change projects in this space

Strong understanding of end-to-end dealer functions (trade booking, regulatory reporting, risk, pnl, confirmations, settlements, cash reconciliation, etc) is preferred

Team player with ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Ability to create and foster a cohesive team and promote a positive work environment for all employees.

Very Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity and Tableau

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail

Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills

Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk

Proven ability to lead organizational change management activities within a project

Experience in a large complex / matrix organization

Demonstrated ability to consistently apply expert judgment with available information when proposing solutions/recommendations.

Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and relationship management skills

Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects as and when required

Prior experience in Capital Markets or Regulatory Change is a plus.

Specific Education Requirements:

University degree or equivalent

Scrum Master Certified

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation preferred
