Job Description

“The work:

Collaborate with integrated creative teams working on a range of advertising and marketing projects

Lead/direct content for a variety of briefs that cut across a spectrum of the client’s communication ecosystem

Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative teams and ensure quality standards in all deliverables

Participate in new business development and help grow the account

Structure, present, persuade and defend concepts and executions across the funnel for both internal and client-facing meetings

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of art direction and/or design experience

At least 3 of years agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, longform content and print

Excellent online portfolio of work that shows the ability to think conceptually and execute with extraordinary craft

Previous experience working within a creative agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital, social, film, longform content and print

Bonus points if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English

Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients

Experience in scaled AOR engagements

Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC)

Fluent in social media platforms and trends

Experience in using GenAI (like Adobe Firefly) in an art direction/design capacity to research, ideate, develop or execute ideas and concepts

Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising.

Natural storytelling skills

Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary cross-function teams

Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development

Excellent presentation skills/public speaking
