“Role Description
• Need to have good functional knowledge of corporate banking.
• Need to have hands on experience on Oracle Flex cube.
• Lead product backlog grooming sessions with relevant stakeholders in Biz & Technology and ensure requirements are well understood by all.
• Lead the solution for project, as required CICD tools exposure (Jenkins/Bitbucket/Lightspeed). Experience with concurrent programming and caching.
Required Skill Sets:
• Business Analyst: The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related
• Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is highly required. Good knowledge in Banking & Finance domain is desirable.
• Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD].
• Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams.
• Analyze data using Excel, reports, and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
• Coll aborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
• Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.”
