Job Description

CS Group Canada is looking for an Expert Automotive Aerodynamics Engineer to support our clients in developing the aerodynamics of their next-generation vehicles. This key role will focus on optimizing exterior aerodynamics to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and consumption, tailored to the specific drive cycles of robotaxis.

Lead aerodynamics development for exterior surfaces and define active aerodynamic enablers.
Guide CFD engineers, design studio teams, and cross-functional departments in achieving optimal aerodynamic performance.
Lead aerodynamic design efforts and provide strategic recommendations to company leadership.
Define and direct wind tunnel testing strategies to validate aerodynamic improvements.
Educate internal teams on the role of aerodynamics in vehicle architecture and performance.
Collaborate with the energy team to optimize aerodynamics for real-world energy consumption in robotaxi applications.
Provide technical leadership in tire aerodynamics and aero drag interactions with cooling airflow.
Recommend shutter designs to balance cooling efficiency and aerodynamic drag.
