Job Description
The role of the Account Manager, Print & Digital Services is to collaborate with their clients to build relationships and grow revenue within the client base they support. Their strategic focus is to drive revenue across all lines of business at hubTGI. Their secondary focus is to manage clients holistically and proactively to ensure retention.
The Account Manager will focus on:
Seeking opportunities to sell solutions within all lines of business at hubTGI.
Close client management with high customer satisfaction & client retention.
Meet KPI metrics and develop product knowledge and skills.
This is a quota bearing assignment.
Expectations/Role Responsibilities:
Seeking Opportunities to sell solutions within Print and Digital Services
o Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Plan / Budget for Print and Digital Services Solutions.
o Deliver a Monthly / Quarterly Forecast with Predictability for Print and Digital Services Solutions.
o Ensure that all opportunities lead with the Hub “first payment” approach to close.
o Deep understanding of all systems and resources to seek client information.
o Building and delivering business reviews, pricing & proposals.
o Owning Sales Cycles from Discovery to Close.
o Own territory within Xerox 360 for “clean” orders and high focus on getting products scheduled for implementation.
o Find and Keep up-to-date Competitive Data in all managed accounts to be input in hubView (CRM).
o Make a concentrated effort to leverage the Hub Account Review process to retain managed accounts and grow wallet share.
o Probe for and Hand-off potential IT Services opportunities to IT Sales Consultant.
o Keep an up-to-date Self-Paced Learning and Development Plan.
o Product Knowledge & Sales Skills.
o Use e-commerce platform and other sales enablement systems to drive transactional business.
o Direct customers to complete transactions through e-commerce webpage.
o Focus on managed print accounts to ensure they are in good standing.
o Collaborate with all sales resources to close business.
Close client management with high customer satisfaction & client retention.
o Ongoing regular contact to current customers.
o 95-100% Customer satisfaction rate.
o 100% Customer data input and ongoing customer data updates in hubView.
o Scheduled calls to current customers to arrange Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with all customers.
o Assist clients with inquiries and escalations.
o Registering customers for Easy Start.
o Manage client experience when delivering services.
Meet KPI metrics and develop product knowledge and skills.
o Meet KPI metrics and review progress working monthly target on a weekly basis.
o Develop healthy pipeline 5:1 (30 days), 4:1 (60 Days), 3:1 (90 Days / 90+ Days) across all LOB.
o Accurately forecast to management.
o Grow product knowledge and apply learnings to grow wallet share within accounts.
o Implement coaching feedback from leadership team.
