Job Description
“1) Lead short term ServiceNow consulting/advisory assignment in the customer environment to:
a. Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap for transforming IT Service Management (Including CMDB, Discovery, AIOps) using ServiceNow Technology product suite
b. Lead assessment of current ServiceNow IT Service Management (Including CMDB, Discovery, AIOps) product implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
c. Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap for transforming asset management (Hardware and software) process using ServiceNow Asset Management Product suit (SAM, HAP, EAM)
d. Lead assessment of current ServiceNow asset management (Hardware and software) process & tools implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
e. Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap for transforming Enterprise architecture function (Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management) process using ServiceNow Asset Management Product suit (SAM, HAP, EAM)
f. Lead assessment of current ServiceNow asset management (Hardware, software, enterprise assets) process & tools implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
2) As a solution consultant and architect, work as the lead Solution architect for new product implementation in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management
3) Support presales and solutioning effort (Crafting solution content and presenting to customer) for RFP’s, proactive opportunities, as an expert in the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management
4) Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends.
5) Other Responsibilities
a. Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation (Ex: Battle Cards)
b. Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop solutions.
c. Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case studies.
d. Contribute with offering maturation and new offering ideas.
e. Leverage BFSI business case expertise to articulate ways in which the Now platform will drive competitive advantage for their business.
f. Represent TCS in partner events.
Pre-requisites
1) 10+ years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience.
2) Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform,
a. In ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Predictive AIOps capabilities – at least one design, architect and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping
b. In ServiceNow ITAM at least one design, architect and implementation of ITAM solutions on ServiceNow
c. In ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management – at least one design, architect and implementation of ServiceNow EA and SPM
3) Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on Technology Workflows (including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management
4) Good understanding of BFSI regulatory compliance (Fraud prevention, AML, KYC, etc.)
5) Strong understanding of technology and Service Management knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6) Prior experience of working on any one of the CMDB, AIOps, EA, SPM platforms ex: BMC, BigPanda, Moogsoft, Alfabet, Flexera, etc. 7) Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SME’s
8) Balanced knowledge of technology and domain
9) Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred
a. ServiceNow CSA
b. ServiceNow CIS – EA/APM
c. ServiceNow CIS – Discovery/Service Mapping
d. ServiceNow CIS – SPM
e. ServiceNow CIS – ITSM
f. ServiceNow CIS – HAM/SAM
g. TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
10) Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
