Job Description
“Skills Required:
• Strong working experience as DB developer with oracle, PL/SQL, Unix scripting.
• Good coding knowledge and strong understanding on Relational DB models and ability to design Tables, functions, procedures based on project requirements
• Ability to optimize and create high performing DB stored procedures, package collections according to business needs
• Hands-on experience in working with scripting language such as Unix or Python and job scheduling software’s such as ESP, Control-M
• Experience analyzing, business needs and existing application with complex DB structures and programs and provide solutions, designs to meet new requirements.
• Work closely with front end developers, service developers to integrate DB components to web modules.
• Strong performance tuning skills to ensure high performance, coding standards maintained.
• Strong knowledge on Wealth domain and trading platforms will be added advantage.
Desired Skill Set:
• Experience in working with Agile environment
• Good problem solving & Analytical skills and communication skills.
• Flexible to work in after hours to interact with offshore team and triage production issues and support production deployments.
• Ability to handle the pressure during critical production issues.”
