Job Description

“Purpose of the Role

The Administrator, Finance will be expected to support senior financial management and the Finance department in general with assistance on a wide variety of tasks. The role requires good time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage several different tasks concurrently. This role requires full in-office attendance.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Data entry
Disbursements
Accounts Payable (AP)
Credit cards
Payment runs
Trust & AP approvals (Cheques, Wires)
Support for Business Services, Legal Support Services and Lawyers executing Trust transactions
Administration of the Finance Team calendar & mailbox
General administration support of Finance (Filing, scanning, printing, organizing)
100% in office support to the Finance group
Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or finance/accounting diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good organization skills
Ability to work with a variety of people within the organization, from clerical staff to partners
Knowledge of accounting concepts”
