Your area of focus.
This role serves our valued customers by preparing and serving small snack foods and cold and hot beverages. This role enhances the customer experience greatly, by involving top notch hospitality!
What drives your day-to-day?
Prepare & serve food (salads, paninis, wraps) & drinks (coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc.) in compliance with quality standards
Take orders, respond to questions, concerns & complaints in a polite & efficient manner
Accurately process cash & credit card payments
Place orders with suppliers
Keep the work environment clean
What are the must-haves…
Must be 18 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehicle
Possession of authorized documentation required to gain employment
Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment
Customer service
Ability to carry out several tasks simultaneously
Experience in the restaurant industry (an asset)
