Job Description
“Key Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for Client OSS EMS team
Coordinating all project activities and ensuring alignment with SLAs
Oversee NMS Tools upgrades, patch prioritization, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Client’ QA, patching, and technical teams
Manage risk assessments, change documentation, and CAB process adherence during production deployments
Ensure timely knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and compliance with Client’ security/operational standards
Skills:
Proven experience in managing and coordinating deliveries in a multi-vendor EMS environment comprising of internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, CAB, and telecom network operations
Strong understanding oof Change management, change reporting, risk management and mitigation, and post change validations
PMP or similar certification preferred
Knowledge of telecom regulatory frameworks
Proven experience in process improvement In the area of application deployment, upgrade, patching, documentation to achieve continuous improvement
