Job Description
“Scrum Master Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Scrum Master Manager in Hartford, CT, and the job duties are as follows:
Facilitate scrum event and remove impediments.
Develop project plans and coordinate version scheduling.
Maintain applications support and development of SLOs and KPIs.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and provide detailed reports to stakeholders focusing on resource allocation, project scope, and budgetary implications, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Provide targeted coaching and professional development to engineering and quality assurance teams, enhancing their competencies and equipping them with the necessary skills to achieve key product deliverables.
Understand system requirements and convert requirements into features and user stories.
Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by engineers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Utilizing AWS, AWS CloudFormation, and Cloud skills for application development and batch processing;
Performing Increment and Iteration planning utilizing Scrum and Agile methodology to schedule features and stories aligned to release timelines; and
Utilizing .NET, React, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and XML for application programming, interface development, user interface development, and database query tuning.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Driving key architectural and design decisions;
Managing microservices front-end and distributed services, including Microsoft and J2EE projects;
Driving solutions for complex requirements for on front-end, back-end services and batch job processing for heavy data loads; and
Managing agile value stream, including project planning and execution.
