Job Description

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

Define IAM governance guidelines that are aligned with IAM governance framework.

Define naming conventions, RACIs for key IAM functions, and maintain relevant inventories to enable better governance.

Develop and maintain governance and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) reports. Monitor and present KRIs to Executives, major stakeholders (including audit) on a regular basis to address any control gaps.

Provide leadership, strategic thinking/insights and provide clear direction on how to operationalize controls within GIAM (Global Identity& Access Management) – this includes any new initiatives related to IAM Governance & Control.

Provides expertise on all aspects of IAM Governance including Cloud, Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, Active Directory and more.

Provide input/feedback on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk in IAM Logical Access Control processes.

Create a positive work environment and empower the team to grow and excel.

Ensure that team/individual goals and performance objectives are measurable, obtainable and regularly re-enforced.

Support the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls.

Build relationships and work with various teams to build our governance model and ensure our controls are working effectively and aligned with our policies and standards.

You possess strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, concepts, and best practices.

You have minimum of 5 years of people leadership skills.

You have minimum of 5 years of Security experience in Access Management or related field.

You have a good understanding of Active Directory security.

You have a good understanding of Cloud concepts and solutions (Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure).

You have a good understanding of Privileged Access Management.

You have experience defining guidelines, processes and effective and efficient operational procedures.

You have a strong understanding and experience of reporting tools such as PowerBI.

You have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You have an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science.

Technical designation is considered an asset (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).

Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
