Job Description

Lead the requirement gathering workshop with the business customers
Ability to create a solution based on client requirements (e.g. data flows, journeys, etc.)
Cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of SFMC, including data and system management and reporting.
Actively participating in project design meetings providing vision and guidance
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.
5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience for both transactional and marketing notification with Email and SMS.
Show proficiency in developing and implementing marketing automation workflows
Experience with managing dynamic content with Marketing Cloud.
Experience working on different integration patterns with Enterprise systems (Customer Data, etc)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
