Job Description

Contribute to the design and development of features that enable customers to differentiate themselves from competitors.
Visualize scenarios and needs of vertical apps, and design robust models.
Identify and assess the impact of enhancements or changes across multiple vertical apps and drive optimal solutions.
Adopt the best design and coding practices supporting backward compatibility and flawless cloud upgrades.
Carry out proof of concepts and spikes for complex scenarios.
Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills).

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Pega, with strong PRPC technical skills (preferably Pega 8 and above)
Extensive experience in handling disputes around credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) disputes.
Strong understanding of industry-standard data models and low-code development.
Experience working on different integration patterns with Enterprise systems (Customer Data, etc)
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
Pega Certified Lead Systems Architect (LSA) or equivalent certifications.
What will help you stand out (preferred skills)

Experience partnering with internal clients, like Product Managers to align business goals with implementation results.
A creative problem solver passionate about analyzing, identifying, and solving problems.
